I put this on every night, sometimes after a shower, but mostly while I am in bed. It is not oily and I layer it on top of moisturizer to layer in and keep moisture locked in.     I love all of the products I bought. The Miel Bebe oil and EDP is a lovely light fragrance that you can wear in the spring and the summer. The aisle is perfect after showers to ensure that you have a lovely clean moisturized base for the EDP to sit on. It also has enough scent that you could use the oil alone if you just are looking for hydration and Meister and a nice clean light scent!
