Loyalty Terms & Conditions: Win Your Wishlist


Promotion Period: This promotion begins on 8/7 at 12:00 am CST and ends on 8/9 at 11:59 pm CST ("Promotion Period"). 

How It Works: During the Promotion Period, eligible customers who place an order on Le Monde Gourmand’s official website will automatically be entered for a chance to win a gift card equal to the value of their qualifying purchase, up to $100 USD. 

Prize 
  • Ten (10) winners will be selected. 
  • Each winner will receive a Le Monde Gourmand digital gift card equal to the subtotal of their qualifying order, up to a maximum value of $100 USD. 
  • Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and any discounts applied to the original purchase are excluded from the gift card value calculation. 
  • Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
Winner Selection & Notification 
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible orders received during the Promotion Period. 
  • Winners will be chosen on Monday, 8/10 and contacted shortly after. 
  • Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their order. 
  • Winners must verify their information with customer support within 48 hours of being contacted. 
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, then another winner will be chosen. 
  • Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the winner's email within 2 business days after winner verification. 
Eligibility 
  • Open to legal residents of the US who are at least 18 years of age and must reside in the US. 
  • Customers MUST be a Le Monde Gourmand Loyalty Member to win. 
  •  Customers may sign up for loyalty after they place their order within the promotion period to qualify.
  • Void where prohibited by law. 
  • Employees of Le Monde Gourmand, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible. 
Additional Terms 
  • One entry per qualifying order. 
  • Orders that are canceled, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent before winner selection are not eligible. 
  • No purchase adjustments or price matching will be made after the Promotion Period. 
  • No rain checks. Not valid on prior purchases made outside of the Promotion Period. 
  • By participating, entrants agree to these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Le Monde Gourmand, which are final and binding. 
  • Le Monde gourmand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, without any notice. 
  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
