ULTA GIVEAWAY CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for Le Monde Gourmand’s $500 Ulta Giveaway Contest as of March 24th, 2025.

Eligibility: To be eligible for entry, participants must reside in the United States of America, be 18 years of age or older and must not be an employee (nor member of their immediate family or household) or affiliate of Le Monde Gourmand.
Entry: To enter, participants must submit their information on the gourmandbeauty.com site on the entry page. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
Duration: The giveaway contest starts on March 24th, 2025 and ends on April 24th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
Prize: The winner will receive a $500 Ulta Beauty gift card. As defined in the terms, the prize is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Le Monde Gourmand reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Le Monde Gourmand to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
Liability: Le Monde Gourmand is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Le Monde Gourmand and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of New York.
Dispute Resolution: Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of an arbitration service of Le Monde Gourmand’s choosing. The arbitration will occur in a location of Le Monde Gourmand and the arbitration service’s choosing, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
Modification: Le Monde Gourmand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Le Monde Gourmand also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
